Earlier in the month when I was traveling in Europe I received two YSL lipsticks in truly opposite shades that I was eager to try out (only I had to wait for almost 3 weeks till I got back home)! One of the colors could be described as a cheerful fuchsia and the other one was a dusty rose hue that I really doubted about because I seldom wear neutral shades on my lips. First of all, the lipsticks ache to be taken out of your purse when dining with friends…the they couture and jewel-like and will definitely make a statement at out next girls night out.
The Pur Couture in Rose Stiletto one I would ever pick out but I’m glad it came in this Influenster VoxBox because it will be the neutral go-to shade in my lipstick collection. The color applies on smoothly and has a sheen but is not shiny. This is almost a bit more intense than the color of my own lips.
This YSL Pur Couture in Fuchsia is definitely more my cup of tea! I think it really brightens up my complexion. I wore this shade to a party and bit into a hamburger. By the end of the party my lipstick was still there! The lipstick feels luxurious and left my dry lips hydrated. Which one do you like best?
