Liliana Vasquez Talks About Not Being “Latina Enough” & Hard Work at We All Grow Summit 2016

My mind was blown when I attended We All Grow Summit where I had the opportunity to meet one of my TV/Blogger beauty and fashion idols, Liliana Vasquez, who is a contributor on The Today Show. This Latina of Puerto Rican-Mexican parents gave a room full of ambitious women advice on how to work hard to reach your goals and how to go from blogging (she has a beautiful beauty/style website called The LV Guide) to doing TV segments on a national channel.

The panel was composed of extraordinary women who are all on TV and who’s careers I’ve seen grown through-out the years: Yarel Ramos of Telemundo, Laura Fuentes of @SuperGlueMom and Momables and Today Show Emmy-award winning TV producer Alicia Ybarbo.

Liliana’s words spoke to me the most because of her background in blogging beauty and fashion. Check out the video below for wonderful advice on how to make your dream career a reality. Warning: It’s not going to be easy but it’ll be worth it!
