The absolute best part of my Europe trip, besides enjoying some quality alone time with my husband was buying beauty and skincare stuff in a foreign country. Check out what I scored in Spain and France and my surprising obsession with spray deodorant!

In my trip to La Coruña, a small, charming coastal town in northern Spain where my husband’s family is from, I surprisingly found many Korean skincare and beauty products. I was on a hunt for Korean beauty stuff all through my trip because of how trendy it’s in the USA but I only found it in this little town in Spain.
I scored some Skin79 facial sheet masks which according to fellow beauty blogger Sheela Goh, are amazing!
I also found some Tony Moly make-up goodies like these bunny lip glosses, a macaroon lip gloss and a sparkly powder puff sphere. They were the last ones left at the store too! The “cereza (cherry)” lipgloss I actually found in Madrid and it’s tin design is by famed fashion designer Agatha Ruiz de la Prada. brand.
These are individual face scrub packets from Korea as well.
These are individual band-aid like patches for blemishes from Korean brand Lioele.
Madrid find! Guess what guys? I’m obsessed with spray deodorant. A few years back spray deodorant was not available in the USA and I always used to get it in Honduras or Europe. In Houston I can now buy the Dove spray but this Nivea one smells like heaven and is not available here.
I found this pillowy soft foundation at a L’Oreal shop in Madrid. Yes, you heard me right. There are these giant L’Oreal-only boutiques full of all their make-up, professional make-up artists and beauty services. This liquid foundation blended beautifully into my skin and made me look naturally pretty.
France is the land of skincare (French girls have the most beautiful, dewy skin) and so you can imagine how much fun I had trolling their beauty-filled pharmacies and apothecaries. I’m proud to say I scored them at significantly lower prices in their home-country of France.
This very pricey and quality brand is exclusive to Sephora here in the USA but in Paris you can get it at the pharmacy for a fraction for the cost.
Love this shimmery multipurpose oil for skin, hair and body.
I got a sample of this at The Walgreens LookBoutique in Houston and I was hooked! this CC cream is sticky to the touch but for a good reason; it sticks to your skin, provides get coverage and redness relief. It smells amazing too!
The world’s best selling miscellar water which removes your make-up and moisturizes in one step is now also available in an oily-skin formula. I had to have both! Not in any brick and mortar stores in the USA but I linked it below!
