Date Night is every Friday for us-whether it’s drinks or a nice dinner we always make it a point to spend Friday together as a celebration of another work week gone and a nice weekend ahead of us.
For me, date night also means I get to kick it up on a notch with my make-up routine and I try to make my eyes the center of attention. Also, who else’s husband hates lipstick? Focus on making your eyes look gorgeous with this easy date night look that will have you ready in a snap and your hubby/boyfriend/Tinder date will love that!
My hubby always compliments me when I make my eyes look dramatic so when we go on a date I use a voluminous mascara like Maybelline Falsies Push Up Drama Mascara to make my lashes look plush and full . I also switch my usual black liner for a violet one which will make my brown eyes pop. And that’s exactly what I need on a date night with the hubby so his eyes are glued on me!
After applying my moisturizer and foundation, I use the eye shadow as a liner all around my eyes. This sexy coal shade gives me a subtle shimmer and it’s a base for the eyeliner.

I apply mascara at the inner corner lashes and I let the mascara wand hit the skin under my eyes for a smudgy-liner look.
